LFT Team

Meet Our Team

Laurin Fulton

Director, Trainer

“I spent the past several years taking dog training apprenticeship programs, workshops, seminars, studying, and working dogs professionally. In 2024 it was time for me to start my own company, Laurin Fulton Training Inc. We have been vastly growing ever since.

It has always been about creating harmony for me. Harmony between two species that at times, really just don’t understand each other. Once you figure out how to communicate in a positive productive way, you create a magical bond between dog and human. I want every human to experience that bond with their beloved four legged best friend.”

Enrique Salegio

Manager

“I joined LFT in 2025 to assist with the growing demand of the business. My role includes office work, emails, invoicing, as well as the evening pick up shift for daycare and boarding dogs staying at LFT facility.

I am very proud of my wife (Laurin Fulton), and everything she has accomplished with her business. As it continues to grow, we are here together as a team. I’m very excited to be joining the LFT team, and looking forward to getting to know you and your dog!”

Andrea Palmieri

Boarding Provider

“In 2021, I met my best friend – Cooper, a bouncy, brainy Standard Poodle – and my love for dogs exploded from there. Raising and training him sparked a deep curiosity about canine behavior and how we can build stronger, smarter bonds with our furry companions.

These days, there’s nothing I enjoy more than spending time with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities – creating enriching, positive experiences that keep tails wagging and minds happy.

I’m Pet First Aid certified and committed to following your pup’s routine, training, and special needs. Your dog will be in a calm, caring space that’s equal parts peaceful and playful.”

Lauren Edwards

Boarding Provider, Daycare Attendant, Pack Hiker

“Coming from a background in child care and horse husbandry, I have been incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of behaviour, whether that be human, equine or canine. After bringing home my Springer Spaniel, Kirby, in 2024 I have been able to expand my understanding of canine behaviour, and hope to continue to do so for many years to come!

I believe a warm and safe environment is a foundational building block to creating confident animals, so being able to provide that experience for your four-legged family members while they are away from home is something that is incredibly important to me. No matter how short or long their stay is, your dog becomes a part of our family while they are with us, and the care they receive is reflective of that.”
